• We may cancel or refuse an order due to stock limits, payment issues, or other unforeseen reasons. Any payment received for cancelled orders will be refunded.

• Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, strikes, or events beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos to support@shuchitva.com.
