Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Shuchitva Foods Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since our products are food-grade items, special care is taken to ensure safety, hygiene, and quality in every pack. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once an order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at support@shuchitva.com or call our customer helpline.
2. Returns & Replacements
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only if:
- The product is delivered in a damaged or tampered condition.
- The product is expired upon delivery.
- The wrong item was sent.
- All complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with proof (photographs and order details).
- Eligible cases will be processed for a replacement or credit note.
3. Refunds
- If replacement is not possible, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used packs cannot be returned or refunded.
- Products purchased during promotional sales or discounts are non-refundable unless defective.
